• Licensure where required by law.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a van and flooring installation tools.
• Meet contract insurance requirements, before you can begin installing.
• $1,250 payable after 18 completed installations, and $1,250 payable after 48 completed installations
• All installation requirements must be met and installer must be in good standing.
• *Additional bonus of $500.00 will be paid out at the successful completion of Phase two if the contractor has a Lead RRP that is valid for at least 6 months after Phase one payment.
